The New Brighton Time Bank is a project under the New Brighton Project umbrella. NBP is a local community organisation with a focus on community development in the area between South Shore and North Shore. It puts on events like the New Brighton Market, annual Christmas Parade, Pirates Music Group, and the Golden Oldies Movies.
