If you are a resident of the New Brighton area...
Online users can complete their initial registration at http://community.timebanks.org/findtimebanks.php by scrolling down to New Brighton Time Bank and clicking "Join Now."
Offline users are welcome as well, just call the coordinator at the number listed below.
Step 2...
To complete your membership there will be a short sign up meeting of 15min arranged. There are slots available at the New Brighton Library on a monthly basis or if necessary an alternative time and place can be arranged. This is a great time to ask us any questions you may have. We will briefly outline the way the Time Bank works and share other important information with you about trading responsibility and our 'standards of care.' If using computers is not your strongest skill no worries! Just let us know so we can make a bit of extra time to show you how everything works in a bit more depth.
Membership is FREE. The New Brighton Time Bank runs through volunteer time. Any monetary donations towards operating costs are appreciated. We could also use donations of time to help keep the Time Bank running.

How it works...
Trading occurs through a very user friendly online programme that allows members to put up a simple profile as well as add offers or requests for services. Offline trading occurs via the coordinator by phone or through a Time Bank buddy- someone who posts your trade and requests on your behalf.
Memberships will only be activated once both parts of the sign up process are complete.
